Booking Fee
A non-refundable booking fee is required of $100 dollars to confirm your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the booking fee has been paid. This fee will be applied toward the final cost of your service. The remaining balance is due at the beginning of your appointment and can be paid by cash, Zelle, credit or debit
Rescheduling and Cancellations
Cancelling an appointment will result in the loss of your booking fee. If your need to rescheduling, please provide at least 72 hours notice to avoid forfeiting your booking fee. A new booking fee is required to secure any additional appointment. Rescheduling is allowed up to2 times, after the second reschedule, the appointment will be canceled, and the booking fee will be forfeited.
Late Policy
Arriving more than 15 minutes late, will be treated as a "no-show", resulting in the forfeiture of your booking fee. Unfortunately, we cannot extend appointments for late arrivals as it affects the day's schedule. A new booking fee will be required to book another appointment.
